Dear Current Residents,

Move out day is quickly approaching!  If you have not renewed your lease for the upcoming fall semester - you have until Midnight on July 31st to vacate your room and turn in keys (front door, bedroom, and mail). 

Walk throughs will begin on August 1st!

New Residents,
August 15th, 16, and 17th will be the earliest days that you will be able to move in.
Move-ins will be bewteen 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM those days, and you MUST BRING YOUR FIRST INSTALLMENT in order to recieve your keys.

If you will be parking a car on the property, make sure that you have your LICENSE PLATE NUMBER WRITTEN DOWN for your reference BEFORE ARRIVING. This will only speed up the process and result in shorter wait times during check-in.

You should be recieving post cards in the mail with your new apartment number by the end of July.
